摘要
针对传统工艺对综采面回撤端头顶板的临时支护采用单体液压支柱加工字钢梁和圆木维护顶板的方式工人劳动强度大、效率低、工人作业环境不安全,且单体液压支柱回收率低,浪费严重等问题研制了回撤掩护式液压支架,介绍了ZY18000/25.5/50D型回撤掩护式液压支架的主要技术参数、结构特点、电液控制系统、支架在巷道中的布置工艺以及使用情况。
In view of the traditional process of fully mechanized face retreats end roof temporary support word steel beams are processed using the individual hydraulic prop and log maintenance way of roof workers labor intensity, low efficiency, the working environment is not safe, and low recovery rate of individual hydraulic prop, waste of serious problems such as developed retracement screen type hydraulic support, this paper introduces the ZY18000/25.5/50 type d retracement screen type hydraulic support＇s main technical parameters, structural characteristics, electro-hydraulic control system, support in the roadway layout process and usage.
