摘要
从应用基础的角度深入研究刀具的磨损机理,借助辅助设施确定螺纹的加工起点,并利用仿真软件定制合理的加工工艺及切削参数,突破加工效率低的瓶颈,改善加工质量,提高零件的加工效率。
This thesis studies the abrasion mechanism of cutting tool on the basis of application foundation. With the application of supporting facility, this thesis would confirm the beginning point of thread. And with application of simulation software, it would settle the proper processing technic and cutting parameters. With doing this, this thesis would solve the technical problem and to achieve a breakthrough of improving the efficiency of parts processing.
