介绍了链轮制造工艺的发展,对现有的几种链轮制造工艺方法做了研究,针对现有制造工艺存在的加工量大、加工难度大的问题,提出了将链轮齿形直接锻造成型的工艺方法。通过验证,改进后的工艺能大幅降低链轮的制造成本,具有很好的推广意义。

Introduces the development of manufacture of sprocket of AFC and analyses the currently manufacture methods of sprocket. Aimed at solving the problems of much machining, and difficulty to machine which exist in the current methods, the author gives the method of forging the teeth form of sprocket directly. By experiment, the new method can reduce the manufacture cost of sprocket greatly,and the method is worth popularized.
