摘要
通过对自卸车举升机构的结构分析,将其简化为双摇杆机构,运用Pro/E软件创建该简化机构的骨架模型,并对机构进行运动分析,应用Pro/E的行为建模功能,将最大举升角作为约束,对摇杆与连杆的长度进行了优化设计。该方法简单、实用性强,具有很大的推广价值,为自卸车举升机构的设计提供了新的思路。
By structure analysis of dump truck lifting mechanism to simplify it as double-rocker mechanism, using Pro/E software, the simplified skeleton of the body model was created and the motion was analyzed.The length of rocker and connecting rod were optimal designed based on the function of Pro/E behavior modeling with the size of most big angle as a constrain. The method is simple, practical and has great promotion value.The purpose was to provide a new train of thought for design of Lifting mechanism of dump truck.
