摘要 针对液压支架护帮使用中出现的结构破坏情况,根据公司支架型式测试标准《高可靠性液压支架安全性测试要求》中的护帮测试条件要求,对护帮模型进行适当的简化和约束设置,运用有限元分析计算方法,对常规设计的护帮结构进行计算,得出不同工况下护帮应力分布,结合护帮使用中出现的损坏情况,提出护帮设计的改进方向,并对改进后的结构进行计算、对比,提出护帮设计的理念,提高护帮在井下使用的稳定性及维护效率。 Based on hydraulic support for structure damage arising from the flipper use, according to the company support form test standard of 《high reliability of hydraulic support safety testing requirements》for test requirements, to the appropriate protection model to flipper simplify and constraint set, using the finite element analysis and calculation method, helps the structure calculation of conventional flipper design, it is concluded that under different working conditions for the stress distribution, combination for damage arising from the use, care for design improvement is proposed, and to improve the structure of the calculation, comparison, put forward to flipper design concept, improve the stability of the guard flipper in coal mine and maintenance efficiency.
