Improvement Design of Crushing Mechanism for Cracking Reversed Loader Used in Mining Equipment

针对某煤矿用破碎转载机破碎机构在加工过程中出现的问题,结合厂家加工条件,提出了破碎机构加工工艺路线和零件结构的改进方案,试验结果证实了改进设计的可靠性。该改进设计对同类部件的设计具有一定的参考意义。

The crushing mechanism problems of one cracking reversed loader used in mining equipment are found in the processing, based on the working situation of the factory, the improved program on the processing technology and component structure of the cracking shaft is proposed,the relibalitity of improvement has been confimed. The improvement design has certain reference significance on other similar mechanism.
