摘要
负重轮具有支撑车体并分配车体重量的功能,其结构和强度对整车的性能至关重要。对负重轮的结构进行改进,使其轻量化,计算结果表明,改进后的负重轮应力和变形都减小了,且同样满足设计要求。验证了负重轮结构设计的合理性,为负重轮的轻量化优化设计提供依据。
Road wheels has a support vehicle and vehicle weight distribution functions, its structure and the strength is important to the whole vehicle's performance. The structure of road wheels were improved to make it lightweight, the recalculate results show that the improved road wheel stress and deformation are reduced, and also meet the design requirement. It verify that the road wheel design is reasonable and it provide a basis to optimal design for lightweight of road wheels.
