摘要
针对液压机上横梁常出现的裂纹和断裂现象,采用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件对上横梁进行静力学分析,通过分析可得到应力和变形图,找出应力集中和最大变形位置。对上横梁进行结构改进设计,再对结构优化后的上横梁进行静力学分析,验证其结构改进的合理性。
The upper beam of forging machine often appear cracks and breakage, using finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench to perform static analysis on the beam, can be obtained by analyzing the stress and deformation maps, find out the stress concentration and maximum deformation position.Then the beam structural design improvements, and then the upper beam structure optimized static analysis to verify the reasonableness of its structural improvements.
