摘要
介绍了蓄能式气压缓速器的工作原理,并将其作为无轨胶轮车的辅助制动装置,利用虚拟仿真平台AMESim软件建立其动力学模型,仿真分析了蓄能式气压缓速器对无轨胶轮车的制动效果以及能量回收性能。结果表明,蓄能式气压缓速器的制动性能以及能量回收性能受坡道倾角和蓄能器容积变化的影响,研究结果对蓄能式气压缓速器的实际应用提供了一定的参考依据。
Introduces the principle of energy storage type pneumatic retarder,and it was used as auxiliary braking device of trackless tyred vehicle,the system model is set up by the virtual simulation platform AMESim,the braking effect and the energy recovery performance of energy storage type pneumatic retarder was analyzed. The results show that,the ramp angle and the accumulator volume will influence the braking effect and the energy recovery performance of energy storage type pneumatic retarder,this study provided foundation for the application of energy storage type pneumatic retarder.
