摘要 针对煤矿井下用防爆柴油发动机尾气排放物NOX普遍较高问题,将EGR技术应用在防爆柴油机上,并进行了台架试验。试验结果表明,应用EGR技术后的防爆柴油机标定功率降低了4.1%;最低比油耗下降约2.5%;有害尾气排放:NOX排放最大降幅为39.9%。说明应用EGR技术后的防爆柴油机动力性稍有下降,燃油经济性略有改善,排放物NOX降低明显,满足了该防爆柴油机的动力性、燃油经济性和排放要求。 According to the coal mine explosion proof diesel engine exhaust emissions of NOXare generally higher problem, this paper applies the EGR technology in the explosion-proof diesel engine,and bench test is conducted. The test results show that the explosion proof diesel EGR technology application after the machine calibration power is reduced by 4.1%; the minimum fuel consumption dropped 2.5%; harmful gas emissions: CO emission maximum growth rate of 50%, the biggest drop of explosion-proof diesel NOXemissions 39.9%. this shows that the application of EGR technology of power declined slightly, the fuel economy improved slightly. The emissions of NOXdecreased obviously,got a huge improvement. To meet the engine power, fuel economy and emission requirements.
