摘要
通过对原煤特性,现有筛分设备的工作特性和筛分过程中存在的弊端进行调研分析,针对细粒级物料易粘结成团、松散困难、易堵塞筛孔的特点,选煤厂引进了分级张弛筛,在选煤厂的生产实践中实现了6 mm的高效筛分,提高了综合分选效率,提升了商品煤质量,又减少了煤泥的处理量,可以为企业带来良好的经济效益。
Research on the coal characteristics, the existing sieving equipment operating characteristics and deficiencies in the screening process, basing on the characteristics of the fine were easy to fine,hard to loose and easy to plug mesh, coal preparation plant introduced the classification relaxation sieve to achieve the efficient screening of 6 mm, improving the comprehensive separation efficiency,enhancing the coal quality, and reducing the capacity of the slurry, which would bring certain economic benefits for the enterprise.
