基于计算机仿真技术的三环减速器运动与啮合分析

摘要 介绍三环减速器的工作原理,利用UG软件建立减速器的虚拟模型并进行装配,对减速器的仿真分析能够直观显示其工作时的运动状态.也能根据轮廓线是否干涉检验结构设计的正确性。内外齿轮的啮合分析结果显示,齿轮工作时由于自身材料和装配误差的影响,啮合数量会超过理论值,使得减速器能够承受更大的过栽,提高了减速器的抗干扰能力。 This article describes the working principle of ring reducer, and uses UG software to create a virtual model of gearbox and assembles them. The simulation analysis of the reducer can visually display its work state and help to examine structural design correctness according to the interference of contour lines. Internal and external gear meshing analysis results show that due to the impact of its own material and assembly emirs, the number" of meshing gears will exceed the theoretical value, which makes the reducer can withstand greater overload, improving reducer's anti-jamming capability.
