摘要
现代矿井通风系统中,要求能实时掌握井底气体变化及通风机的运行状况。设计了一套基于Zigbee自组网式矿井底部气体变化监测无线传输系统,根据监测到的气体变化情况实时对通风机做出控制,并且能随时了解通风机的各种运行参数及运行状况,当出现异常情况能上报并随时可以控制风机运行状态,保证了通风机的安全运行。降低了劳动成本,提高了通风机运行的可靠性。
Ventilation system of modern mine, required to real time know change of gas bottom of the mine and run state of wind turbine. Design automatic control monitoring system by wireless transmission system for change of gas in the mine base on Zigbee. Real time control wind turbine by change of gas in mine. whenever and wherever possible to understand the wind turbine running parameters and health, when the abnormal situation will be happened can control run stating of the wind turbine at any time, ensure safety run of wind turbine. Reduce the cost of labor, improve the reliability of wind turbine.
