摘要
扭矩是孔下工况识别的一个重要分析参数,对地矿钻探事故的预防尤为重要。由于扭矩不易被监测,目前大多数全液压动力头钻机没有配备扭矩监测模块。根据全液压动力头钻机回转动力驱动机理,建立孔口扭矩测量方法,并结合不同的钻进方式,提出了相应的孔底扭矩近似测量方法,实现了扭矩的实时监测。该监测方法在ZK43-1孔施工中进行了应用。应用表明,该扭矩监测方法适用于全液压动力头钻机。
Torque is an important parameter for analyzing working conditions in hole, which is particularly important for mining drilling accident prevention. As torque is not easily monitored, most of the fully hydraulic power head drill rigs are not equipped with torque monitoring module. Set up an orifice torque measurement method according to rotary mechanism of fully hydraulic power head drill rig, and put forward the corresponding torque approximate measurement methods of bottom hole combined with different drilling ways. Finally the real time torque monitoring has been realized. It was applied in hole ZK43-1. The application showed that the torque monitoring method was suitable for fully hydraulic power head drill rig.
