POE实践运用与探索——以昆明理工大学建筑楼为例

POE Practice and Exploration:Taking Architecture Building in KMUST for Example

通过观察分析昆明理工大学建筑楼的使用行为,对空间的复合功能、行为模式、使用评价等方面进行分析研究。用"诊断性"的使用后评价对建筑做出研究,找出其在使用中出现的问题与缺陷,对现有建筑的调适性改造设计提出建议。最后对使用后评价方法进行外延研究,旨在建构一套可实施的通用设计方法框架,为今后建筑系馆空间的合理化设计提供参考借鉴。

By observing and analyzing the using behavior in the architectural department hall of Kunming University of Science and Technology. We analyze the composite function, behavior patterns, spaceuse evaluation. Then we make the evaluation and diagnosis with ＂Diagnostic＂ POE method, and identify its problems and defects in use, make recommendations to the adaptive design of this building. At last, we study the POE, so as to construct a set of implementation of the framework of the universal design approach, to provide a reference for future rational design of the architectural department hall.
