对应主体联动模式下的淮南上窑古镇更新设计

Renewal Design in Shangyao Ancient Town of Huainan Premised on Corresponding Joint Administration

目前,国内对于没有列入历史文化古镇保护名录的生活型的传统村镇,其保护和开发,还没形成业界、政府和百姓都较为认可的更新发展模式。该文以安徽上窑古镇为研究对象,从利益主体出发,在分析现有古镇更新模式和古镇现状的基础上,提出了对应主体联动的更新模式:即首先将上窑古镇进行整体定位,然后针对不同主体的利益诉求提出相对应的分区更新,通过互相促进的联动开发来化解古镇更新中各方利益冲突,实现古镇的可持续发展。

The protection and development of historical and cultural towns in domestic has not develope d into an organic renewal mode that approved by the construction industry, the government and the public at present. Taking the old town of Shangyao ancient town, Anhui province as the research object, starting from the interest subjects, premised on the existing town renewal modes and the analysis of the current situation, we proposed Shangyao mode. After the town overall positioning, according to the interest demands far different subjects, the corresponding updating program of each zone is proposed. What＇s more, we explore the solution to resolve the conflict of interests in town renewal progress and achieving the target of town＇s sustainable development.
