摘要
目的:考察不同寄主植物对桑寄生(Taxillus sutchuenensis Danser)挥发性成分的组成和含量影响。方法:采集生长在同一地点、同一种群的10种不同寄主植物上的桑寄生样品,用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取样品的挥发性成分,采用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)分析鉴定其化学成分,结合计算机检索技术对分离的化合物进行分析测定,应用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量,比较其差异性。结果:各个样品之间挥发性成分的组成有明显差异;各个样品之间挥发性成分含量也有较大差异。结论:寄主植物对桑寄生挥发性成分的组成和含量有明显影响。
Objective To investigate the growth in the same place at the same in different host plants on the Taxillus sutchuenensis affect the composition and content of volatile constituents.Method collecting growing in the same place,the same ranking.10 different host plant group on its host plant samples,extracting volatile components of the sample water vapor distillation method,using gas chro-matography -mass spectrometry （GC -MS）analysis and identification of its chemical composition,combined with compound com-puter retrieval technique on the separation structures were identified the relative percentage,calculated for each application component chromatographic peak area normalization method,comparing the differences between.Results composed of various samples have the obvious difference between the volatile components of the.among those samples with different content of volatile constituents.Conclu-sion there are obviously influence the composition and content of volatile components of the host plant.
