摘要
项目是组织实现特定目标的一种有效方法,变革中的工程勘察设计企业越来越关注项目管理带来的收益。分析了工程勘查设计企业的项目成本构成,简述了项目成本管理的过程及控制措施。
A project is an effective method to realize the specific goals of an organization, and thus some engineering survey and design enterprises in reform pay more and more attention to the benefits of project management. Project cost composing of engineering survey and design enterprises is analyzed, and then the process and control measures of project cost management are described in this paper.
