摘要
根据国内外钢箱梁的研究成果,基于某大跨径斜拉桥,分别建立以横隔板厚度和间距参数变化的三维钢箱梁板壳有限元模型A和B,分析了横隔板厚度和间距对正交异性钢桥面板典型构造细节疲劳应力幅的影响,与国内外规范进行了比较研究。研究结果表明:横隔板厚度和间距对U形肋现场对接焊缝处基本没有影响,但对其他各构造细节的疲劳应力幅均有一定影响;欧洲规范对横隔板厚度不小于10mm和间距取2.5~3.5m的建议较合理,值得借鉴。
Based on research results of steel box girders at home and abroad, the influences of diaphragm thickness and space between diaphragms on fatigue stress amplitude of typical details of orthotropic steel decks for a large span cable-stayed bridge were researched using 3D finite element shell models A and B. The diaphragm thickness and spacing parameters were analyzed respectively by the models. Influence line and stress amplitude of four construction details of orthotropic steel deck were calculated and compared with most of the design codes at home and abroad. Results showed that the joints between U-shaped reinforced ribs were not affected by diaphragm thickness and spacing, but diaphragm thickness and spacing had some influences on fatigue stress amplitude of other construction details. The suggestions of not less than 10 mm of diaphragm thickness and spacing of diaphragm from 2.5 m to 3.5 m in Euro code are reasonable and worth learning,
