摘要
悬挂式单轨是单轨交通的形式之一,通过分析悬挂式单轨交通系统的特点,阐明了轨道梁结构优化设计的意义;运用Solidworks三维建模软件和ABAQUS有限元分析软件对悬挂式单轨直线轨道梁进行了结构优化设计探讨,即在满足国内外现行标准、规范及经验的前提下,当轨道梁跨距和梁板厚度取不同值时,以1km梁架桥用钢量最小为目标函数对轨道梁进行结构优化设计。
Suspended monorail is one type of monorail transportation. This paper clarified the significance of optimization design of track beam's structure through analyzing the characteristics of suspended monorail transportation system. Using 3D software Solidworks and finite element software ABAQUS, this paper researched the optimization design of suspended monorail's straight track beam structure, and that is using different values of the span of track beam and the steel plate thickness to do the structural design of the track beam by taking the least 1 km.s steel as the objective function on the premise the current standards, specifications and experience both at home and abroad.
