摘要
某体育场工程X形柱呈现向外倾斜状态,且外倾角度较大,这种结构在形成局部的整体时往往无法依靠单一构件自身实现自承重,而是需要设置临时支撑架辅助完成。该施工技术采用"一杆两点"的支撑体系,减少大量的临时支撑拼装工作,同时支撑架设置工作也可在地面直接完成,施工效率得到大大提高,简洁的结构形式使受力分析更加简明,施工质量更易控制。该技术在指导某体育场X形外倾柱施工中,获得了较好的工期和经济效益。
The outward tilted X-type column with larger inclination was used for a stadium project. For this sort of structure, in the formation of its local integral body the self-bearing could not be realized by only a single member, so a temporary support frame should he used. The support system of one rod with two support points was used, with which a large amount of assembling of the temporary supports could be reduced; meanwhile the erection of the support frame could also be finished directly on the ground, as a result the construction efficiency was greatly raised, and the simple structure made a stress analysis he more concise. Hence the construction quality could be easily controlled. The good work time and economic benefits were got by the said technology in the construction of X-type outward tilted columns for the stadium project.
