不同外源激素对菘蓝叶片组织培养的影响

Effects of different exogenous phytohormones on tissue culture in leaves of Isatis indigotica fort

以MS培养基为基本培养基,研究不同种类、不同配比的外源激素对菘蓝(Isatis indigotica Fort)叶片组织培养的影响。结果表明,在MS培养基中添加2.0mg/L 6-BA+0.1mg/L NAA可以有效诱导菘蓝叶片愈伤组织的产生,诱导率92.6%,并能诱导不定芽产生和促进芽分化生长,有利于菘蓝的快速繁育和人工栽培。

MS medium was used as the basal medium.Different kinds and different ratios of exogenous phytohormones were studied with the leaves of Isatis indigotica Fort.The results showed that the callus from leaves of Isatis indigotica Fort could be effectively induced by adding 2.0mg/L 6-BA and 0.1mg/L NAA in the MS medium,and the induction rate was 92.6%.Trial result also indicated that both the adventitious buds and the growth of new bud incubated on MS basal medium could be produced.So it can offer a good foundation for the breeding and rapid artificial cultivation of Isatis indigotica Fort.
