摘要
入口混合分配器是立式缠绕管换热器中非常重要的一部分结构部件,其对两相流流体混合分布的均匀程度直接影响到流入管束内流体的均匀分配及传热效率。文章以现实生产中的气液两相为介质,通过使用流体力学软件CFX模拟立式缠绕管换热器入口混合分配器的操作工况,对入口混合分配器进行数值模拟,并且在数值模拟结果的基础上进行了结构优化。模拟结果表明,优化后的入口混合分配器使进料的气液两相介质混合得更加均匀,死区更小,从而保证了换热器的高效传热。对相关的气液入口混合分配器的研究和结构设计优化有一定的指导参考意义。
Distributor is an essential part of the vertical spiral wound heat exchanger.The mixture homogeneity of two-phase flow in the distributor will affect the distribution in tube bundle and the heat transfer efficiency.This paper simulates the normal operating status in the distributor by using the CFD software.Structure of the distributor is optimized based on the simulation results.The simulation results show that the flows are better distributed after the structure optimization. Therefore more effective heat transfer is guaranteed.By analyzing the structure,it provides a new method for the design and optimization of distributor in the future.
