摘要
根据三维工厂设计软件的工作原理,利用Office组件中的Access和Excel程序,经VBA编程来实现对管架材料的自动分类汇总。以管架标准图(HG/T 21629—1999)为填表依据的管道支架表为例,阐述了如何实现管架材料自动汇总的过程。管架材料的自动分类汇总功能极大提高了材料汇总的效率并减轻了工程设计人员的工作负荷。
According to the working principle of 3D plant design software,the Access and Excel in Office suites are used to automatically collect and classify the MTO of piping supports via VBA program.Taking the Bill of Piping Support based on Standard Piping Supports(HG/T 21629-1999)as an example,this article discusses the process for automatically collecting and classifying the MTO of piping supports.It remarkably improves the efficiency of material summarization and mitigates the workload of engineers.
