摘要
基于超声扫描显微镜的特殊应用需求,设计了一种分离式超声波发射接收系统,并介绍了其主要的硬件电路设计和软件设计,通过该系统在超声扫描显微镜上的应用验证了其性能。系统可有效减少线缆反射,将信号衰减降至最低,同时减少噪声和干扰信号拾取,从而得到一个低畸变、更强、更干净的超声波信号。
Based on the needs of specific applications of Scanning Acoustic Microscope(SAM),this paper describes a design of a separate ultrasonic pulser-receiver system and describes its main hardware circuit design and software design,and verify its performance by applying it on the SAM.The system can reduce the cable reflections,minimize the signal attenuation. There is also less opportunity for noise pickup and interference signals to be added to the ultrasonic signal. The net result is a lower distortion,stronger,clearer signal,with less noise and interference.
