水利建设工程关系国计民生,在国民经济中占有举足轻重的地位。由于其建设周期长、投资金额大、涉及面广、融资方式多样、建设过程具有独特性,所以,迫切需要加大对其投资控制的力度。
The water conservancy construction the people＇s livelihood, occupies a pivotal position in the national economy. Because of its long construction period, a large amount of investment covers a wide variety of financing, the construction process is unique, therefore, an urgent need to increase their investment in control efforts.
