从严格机动车进口环节的安全技术管理出发,进口机动车检验时的执行标准应严于GB 21861—2008中规定的要求。目前,《进口机动车辆检验规程》(SN/T 1688.4—2006)规定的检验项目没有完全覆盖国标的检验项目要求。从工作实际出发,对进口机动车安全性能检验的项目、方法和结果判定的要求进行了探讨。
