乘客是地铁系统中重要的构成因素之一。将乘客的乘车行为按时间顺序分为4个子行为,并逐一分析了乘客行为的影响因素,旨在以人的行为为出发点挖掘地铁基础设施和车辆中的不合理因素,并提出了设计上的改进意见,以减少不合理和错误的乘车行为。
