在炼钢成本中,钢铁料的消耗占总成的80%左右,充分体现了炼钢厂的生产水平和技术水平等。阐述了钢铁料消耗的统计方法,全面分析了影响转炉钢铁料消耗的主要因素,提出了降低转炉钢铁料消耗的实践对策,以不断提升炼钢厂的整体经济效益。
In the steelmaking costs, consumption of steel material into about 80% of the total, fully embodies the steel plant＇s production level and technical level. Describes the statistical methods steel material consumption, and a comprehensive analysis of the main factors affecting the converter steel material consumption, and proposed countermeasures to reduce the practice of converter steel material consumption, in order to continuously improve the overall economic benefits of the steel mill.
