摘要
介绍了烧结烟气脱硫工艺技术及其国内外发展趋势。通过对3种不同脱硫工艺的应用业绩、技术成熟度、副产物处理、总图布置、投资及运营成本的综合比较,最终确定武钢一烧烟气脱硫采用SDA旋转喷雾法脱硫工艺。
The sintering flue gas desulphurization technology and domestic and international trends were described. Through the comprehensive comparison of different desulfurization performance application,technology maturity,by-products processing,general layout,investment and operating costs,ultimately Spray Drying Absorption desulfurization process was determined to be adopted in No. 1 Sintering Plant of WISCO.
