武钢8号高炉缩小进风面积的生产实践

摘要 武钢8号高炉近年入炉品位呈下降趋势。为克服不利因素,采取了加强原燃料管理、缩小进风面积、优化装料制度等综合措施。由于鼓风动能提高,活跃了炉缸,高炉对外围变化的抵御能力提高,维持了较好的操作炉型,炉况稳定性得到改善。煤气利用率稳步提升,有效地降低了燃料比和炼铁成本。 The feed grade of No. 8 blast furnace in WISCO decreased in recent years. In order to overcome the disadvantageous factors,a series of comprehensive measures such as strengthening the original fuel management,decreasing inlet blast area,optimization of measures of charging system have been taken. Improving the blast kinetic energy made furnace hearth active,so the resilience of the blast furnace has been improved so as to maintain the operation of the furnace type good and improve the stability of the furnace condition. The above reasons made the gas utilization increased steadily,fuel ratio and iron costs have been reduced.
