连铸机中心液压室油温高故障的攻关

摘要 油温对液压系统有至关重要的影响。武钢炼钢总厂三分厂2号连铸机中心液压室油温一直偏高,造成系统压力不稳定、漏油频繁、液压元件频繁损坏,严重影响连铸机安全稳定运行。通过更换油箱冷却系统、调整液压室高压泵运行模式、优化液压室通风模式等措施降低了系统油温,实现了设备的稳定可靠运行。 Oil temperature plays an important role in the whole hydraulic system. Oil temperature in hydraulic chamber of No. 2 continuous casting machine was so high that the system pressure was not stable,system leakage and pipe burst often happened. It had a great impact on stable operation of continuous casting machine. Through replacing the tank cooler,changing high pressure pump's operation mode of hydraulic chamber,optimizating ventination mode of hydraulic chamber's,the reliable and stable operation of the equipment was meet.
