摘要
介绍了武钢CSP连铸机摆剪齿轮箱的结构与功能、离合器的控制原理,分析了摆剪齿轮箱液压油窜到稀油润滑站的过程与路径,采取了针对性的改进措施,有效控制了摆剪齿轮箱的窜油量,延长了稀油站换油的间隔时间,降低了摆剪液压站和稀油站的油脂消耗。
The structure and functions of the pendulum shear gearbox,control principle of the hydraulically-actuated clutch were introduced. The processes and pathes of leakage from the hydraulic oil station to lubrication station of the pendulum shear gearbox were analyzed. Some effectively measures were taken. As a result,the leakage of the pendulum shear gearbox was effectively controlled,the time of changing oil of the pendulum lubrication station was prolonged.The oil consumption of the pendulum hydraulic station and lubrication station was reduced.
