摘要
高强钢和先进制造技术是实现汽车轻量化制造的有效途径。武钢研制开发出了一系列的高强度汽车钢板,包括高强IF钢、烘烤硬化BH钢、高强低合金HSLA钢、双相DP钢、TRIP钢、TWIP钢等的冷轧连退、热镀锌钢板,以及强度1 300 MPa级及以上的热冲压成形钢板,满足汽车整车制造需求。同时,武钢积极开展用户技术研究,通过先期介入EVI技术服务,以及热冲压成形、柔性辊压成形等先进制造技术开发,为汽车轻量化设计与制造提供支持。
Application of high strength steels and advanced forming technologies is an effective method to reduce the weight of body-in-white. To meet the needs from automobile industry,WISCO has developed series of high strength steels,including cold rolled or continuously hotdip coated high strength IF steel,bake hardening steel,high strength low alloy steel,dual phase steel,TRIP steel,TWIP steel and press hardening steel with strength over 1 300 MPa,etc. Meanwhile,WISCO emphasized development of application technologies and advanced forming technologies such as hot press forming and flexible roll forming. Through Early Vendor Involvement( EVI) activities,WISCO played actively with automobile manufacturers to contribute to the light-weight design and manufacturing of auto body.
