低温下寒地冬小麦抗氧化生理指标的比较分析 被引量:6

摘要 为了明确低温下品种间差异的抗氧化物酶或者活性氧清除物,为低温下鉴定冬小麦品种抗寒性提供理论依据,以抗寒性不同的‘东农冬麦1号’和‘济麦22’为材料,在低温驯化期和封冻期进行取样,通过测定冬小麦品种间活性氧清除物还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)和抗坏血酸(ASA)含量以及抗氧化酶类中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)的活性。结果表明,封冻后抗寒品种的相对电导率低于不抗寒品种;丙二醛含量只有在深度封冻期1月14日抗寒品种显著低于不抗寒品种。封冻后15天不抗寒品种SOD酶活性逐渐降低,而抗寒品种SOD酶活性仍在增加;封冻后30天抗寒品种的ASA含量显著高于不抗寒品种,SOD酶活性和ASA含量可以用于冬麦品种抗寒性的评价。 Two varieties(DNDM 1 and JM22) with different cold resistance were used for experiment andsampled at cold-acclimation period and frozen period. In order to understand the antioxidant enzymes or activeoxygen scavengers in low temperature, the contents of antioxidants(GSH, ASA) and the activities of antioxidantenzymes(SOD, POD) were examined, viewed to providing a theoretical basis for the identification of coldresistance on winter wheat cultivars in low temperatures. The results showed that, the relative conductivity ofcold hardy variety was less than cold sensitive variety after frozen period. The content of MDA of coldresistance variety was significantly lower than that of cold sensitive variety only at depth frozen period(onJanuary 14th). The SOD activity of cold sensitive variety decreased after freezing period for 15 days. Thecontent of ASA of cold resistance variety was higher than that of cold sensitive variety significantly afterfreezing period for 30 days, the SOD activity and the ASA could be indicators to evaluate the cold hardiness ofwinter wheat varieties.
