摘要
在管线探测技术中,近间距金属管线探测是一个需要重点解决的难题。通过对项目的实地考察,设计了一种基于电磁法原理的近间距金属管线探测仪发射机。该发射机采用夹钳法,以STC89C52RC单片机为控制芯片,将集成芯片技术和配谐电容技术相结合,实现了发射机的智能控制。取4种可选发射频率,发射功率在0-50W之间可调,能实时显示发射信号的频率和功率。实验分析表明,该发射机的指标满足实际工程不同条件下金属管线探测的需要。
The detection for the metal pipeline in close space is a big problem to be solved in the pipeline detection technology. Through the analysis of the project,a transmitter of the metal pipeline detector in close space,based on the principle of electromagnetic method,is designed. The transmitter,using the clamp method,uses STC12C5410 AD MCU as a control chip,and integrates chip technology and harmonic capacitor technology to realize the intelligent control of the transmitter. Four kinds of optional transmitting frequency are chosen,the transmitted power adjusted between 0W to 50 W,and the frequency of the signal and power can be displayed in real time. The experimental analysis result shows that the transmitter indicators meet the actual detection requirements of the engineering metal pipeline in the different conditions.
