基于光栅的电缆接头温升在线监测装置研究 被引量:1

摘要 高温和火灾是电力系统中常见的事故,缺乏有效的温度在线监测是关键。为了对电缆接头处温升进行实时在线监测,以便提前预知电缆接头处的温升状态,预防热故障的发生,设计了一种利用光纤光栅技术作为传感器的电缆接头温升在线监测装置,实现了对电缆接头处温度的直接测量,并利用串口通信技术,实现了温度信息的传输。经对比试验表明,本装置测量精度较高,性能稳定可靠,可以满足电缆接头温升在线监测的要求,对于提高电缆安全运行具有非常重要的意义。 The high temperature and fire are common accidents in the electrical power system,and the lack of effective temperature online monitoring is the main problem. The temperature online monitoring device for cable joint,using optical fiber grating as the sensor,is designed for real- time online monitoring of cable junction temperature in order to predict cable junction temperature condition in advance and prevent it from thermal breakdown. It can measure the temperature of cable joint directly and transmit the temperature information with serial port communication technology. The device,with high accuracy of measurement and stable and reliable performance through contrast test,can satisfy the requirement of online monitoring for cable joint temperature and improve the safe operation of the cable.
