滋阴益气中药减少成年女性肾病综合征复发疗效观察

Effect of traditional Chinese medicine of benifiting Qi and tonifying Yin to reduce relapse of adult female nephrotic syndrome

目的探讨滋阴益气中药减少成年女性肾病综合征(NS)复发的临床疗效。方法收集2009年3月至2011年3月接受治疗的成年女性NS患者100例,随机分为治疗组与对照组各50例。对照组给予常规西医治疗;观察组在常规西医治疗基础上给予滋阴益气中药治疗。比较治疗前后患者24 h尿蛋白定量、血清白蛋白(ALB)、血脂、血肌酐(SCr)变化,随访18个月,观察患者NS复发情况。结果治疗组患者持续缓解率为88.0%,明显高于对照组56.0%(χ2=12.698,P<0.05);治疗组患者第6、12、18个月的复发率为2.0%、6.0%、6.0%,明显优于对照组22.0%、28.0%、42.0%(χ2=9.470、8.575、17.763,P均<0.05)。两组患者治疗后血脂指标、24 h尿蛋白定量、ALB、SCr均优于治疗前(P均<0.05),且治疗组患者明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论滋阴益气中药可有效降低成年女性NS的复发率,提高临床疗效,改善24 h尿蛋白定量、ALB、血脂、SCr水平,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine of benefiting Qi and tonifying Yin to reduce relapse of adult female nephrotic syndrome（ NS）. Methods 100 cases of adult NS female patients in March 2009 to March 2011 in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 50 cases. The control group was given conventional western medicine for treatment while the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine of benefitting Qi and tonifying Yin on basis of conventional Western medicine for treatment.The changes of 24 h urinary protein,serum albumin（ ALB）,blood lipid,blood creatinine（ SCr） before and after treatment were compared. NS recurrence of patients was observed after 18 month follow- up. And the patients in the treatment group were significantly better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. 24 h urinary protein,ALB,SCr of two groups of patients after the treatment were better than before treatment（ P〈0. 05）. And that in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine of benefiting Qi and tonifying Yin can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of adult female nephrotic syndrome,improve the clinical efficacy,24 h quantitative urinary protein,blood lipid,ALB,SCr level,which is worthy of clinical application.
