摘要 对指定区域内金属类型进行检测具有重要的研究意义,本文主要设计一智能金属探测小车。采用STC12C5A60S2以及MSP430作为小车的控制核心,L298N作为电机驱动模块,使用LDC1000作为金属探测传感器。小车的软件部分采用C语言编程,主要包含金属检测子程序、电机驱动子程序以及报警子程序等。实验采用铁丝作为识别边界,铁丝中央随意放置不同币值的硬币,检测不同币值的个数。在指定的区域内做了大量的检测实验,实验验证该检测平台能较准确地检测出不同币值的硬币。 In this paper,an intelligent metal detector for intelligent car is designed which has an important significance to detect metal types. The design adopts STC12C5A60S2 and MSP430 as the control core,uses L298 N as the motor driving module and the LDC1000 as the detection module. The software of car uses C language programming,mainly containing the algorithm subroutine,ranging subroutine,motor drive subroutine and alarm subroutine. The experiment adopts the steel wire as the identification of boundary,and coins with different currency values are used as the detection objects randomly placed in the specified area. The experimental verifies that the design can effectively detect the coins with different currency values.
