Design of Safety Monitoring System for Raw Coal Silo

筒仓由于占地面积小、储煤大、环境污染小,在现代化矿井中已作为原煤储运系统的重要设施,但储煤过程中可能发生自燃甚至爆炸,从安全出发,对筒仓温度及可燃气体进行监测,采用惰化气体进行保护及安装安全泄爆装置等措施,以便提高筒仓的安全性和可靠性。

Due to the silo features of small footprint,coal storage and less pollution to the environment,it has become an important facility in the modernization of mine coal transportation system. But during the storing process,the coal spontaneous combustion or explosion may occur. So starting from the point of security,it is necessary to monitor the silo body temperature and combustible gas with the installation of safety protection measures such as inert explosion venting device gas and so on,so as to improve the safety and reliability of the silo.
