摘要
在全面总结评估广西水利发展"十二五"规划的基础上,分析广西水利发展存在的主要问题和不足,根据广西经济社会发展、全面建成小康社会对水利的新需求,研究提出了今后5年水利改革发展的总体思路和总体布局。
An overall summary and assessment was made on the 12 th 5-year Planning of Guangxi water conservan-cy, based on which the authors analyzed the existing problems and shortages, studied and put forward the overallidea and layout for Guangxi water conservancy reform and development in the next five years according to the new re-quirements of Guangxi social and economic development as well as building a moderately prosperous society in allrespects.
