摘要
根据水利部推进江河湖库水系连通工作的指导意见,结合陆川县当地实际,提出了陆川县九洲江流域江河湖库水系连通工程建设的指导思想、基本原则和主要目标,对重点建设陆川县九洲江流域水源工程、灌区连通工程、供水连通工程、江河闸坝治理工程,以构建水系连通进行了探讨。
According to the guidelines of the Ministry of Water Resources for promoting river-lake-reservoir inter-connection, combined with the actual conditions of Luchuan County, the author put forward the guiding ideology, ba-sic principles and main targets for construction of interconnecting water system in the Jiuzhoujiang river basin, anddiscussed the key components such as water sources projects, irrigation zones interconnecting projects, water supplyinterconnecting projects and gate dam projects.
