摘要 近年来,诸多学者在研究成人高等教育转型发展时,纷纷提出了构建市场化机制方略。其实,关于成人高等教育市场化的话题早在20世纪80、90年代,学者们已经通过课题立项、论文发表和著作出版等形式进行了广泛讨论,在成人高等教育能不能市场化、为什么要市场化以及怎样市场化等问题的研究上取得了引人瞩目的成果。但由于研究目的上"求用"研究高于"求真"研究、研究成果中"从属"理论多于"原创"理论、研究队伍内"业余团队"强于"职业选手"等原因,有关市场化理论还没能上升为国家思想,其对转型发展中的成人高等教育没能提供完善的理论指导。 In recent years, scholars have put forward the strategy of constructing the market-based mechanism in the study of the transformation of adult higher education. The topic of adult higher education marketization has, in fact, been widely discussed in the early 1980 s and 1990 s as indicated in projects approvals, papers and books publications, etc. Remarkable results have been achieved in the areas of possibility, motivation and approach of adult higher education marketization. However, the existent theories on marketization has not been elevated to the stage of national ideology, which failed to provide a sound theoretical guidance for the transformative development of adult higher education, since researches focused more on practicality than on truth, with achievements more attributive than original, and with "amateurs" overtaking "specialized" researchers.
