摘要
利用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了500k V同塔双回输电线路塔线耦合体系模型,在不同脱冰率情况下对塔线体系的动力响应进行了数值模拟。分析了杆塔在各脱冰率下的受力情况并结合现场倒塔情况,确定了杆塔危险区域,建立了该危险区域局部结构三维有限元模型。将由塔线体系模型计算得到的危险区域边界的力施加于三维局部模型上,计算了该区域在导线脱冰过程中的应力。模拟研究连接螺栓预紧力不同的情况下危险区域的应力和变形,发现螺栓预紧力减小时杆塔容易破坏,这一结论对输电杆塔的设计和安装具有指导意义。
Dynamic responses of a transmission tower-line model after ice-shedding with different rates are numerical simulated by means of ABAQUS software. A three dimensional model of the local structure with high stress level under ice-shedding and collapse in reality is set up. The dynamic stress and deformation of the local model corresponding to the different ice-shedding rates with pre-tightening force of bolts are numerically analyzed. It is shown that transmission towers are more dangerous when bolt pre-tightening force is decreased.
