摘要
目的研究锦灯笼Physalis alkekengi var.franchetii干燥宿萼的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS柱色谱法进行分离纯化,并根据化合物理化性质和MS、NMR等波谱数据鉴定其化学结构。结果从锦灯笼干燥宿萼85%乙醇提取部位分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为4,7-二脱氢新酸浆苦素B()、4′-甲氧基山柰酚()、酸浆苦素O()、25,27-二氢-4,7-二脱氢-7-去氧新酸浆苦素A()、酸浆苦素G()、对香豆酸()、酸浆苦素E()、4,7-二脱氢酸浆苦素B()、酸浆苦素D()、6,6′,7,7′-四羟基-5,5′-双香豆素()、木犀草素-7-O-α-D-葡萄糖苷()。结论化合物和为首次从茄科中分离得到,化合物为首次从酸浆属中分离得到,化合物和为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents in the ethyl acetate extract from Physalis alkekengi var.franchetii.Methods The chemical constituents were isolated by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,and ODS column chromatographies.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data.Results These compounds were identified as4,7-didehydroneophysalin B(1),4'-methoxy kaemferol(2),physalin O(3),25,27-dihydro-4,7-didehydro-7-deoxyneophysalin A(4),physalin G(5),p-couramic acid(6),physalin E(7),4,7-didehydrophysalin B(8),physalin D(9),6,6',7,7'-tetrahydroxy-5,5'-bicoumarin(10),and luteolin-7-O-α-D-glueopyranosid(11).Conclusion Compounds 10 and 11 are isolated from the plants in family Solanaceae for the first time.Compound 6 is firstly reported from the plants of Physalis L.,and compounds 2 and 8 are obtained from this species for the first time.
