微秒脉冲作用下毫米级水介质间隙击穿特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 研制了一种带孔球头-平板电极结构的激光触发水介质开关,实验获取了4种间距下的自击穿电压与击穿延时曲线,并根据Martin公式对实验数据进行了分析。结果表明,固定结构下的水介质击穿存在击穿电压上限,该上限与间距近似成正比;在稍不均匀场条件下,Martin公式中的M值随间距变化而变化,不是一个常数,而M值与场增强因子之比较M值随间距的变化波动更小。 A hemisphere-plate gap was designed for a laser-triggered water switch,and the curves of self-breakdown and breakdown delay time were obtained from experiments.The experimental results were analysed with Martin formula,which indicates the breakdown voltage has an upper threshold in proportion to the gap space approximately,and Min the Martin formula is not a constant in a non-uniform field,but changes with the gap distance,while the ratio of Mto electric field enhancement factor of water gap remains relatively constant compared with M versus the gap space.
