摘要
针对含热阻温度场的计算问题,提出了一种通用的有限元求解方法。由于含热阻界面热流密度表达式具有对流换热的形式,该方法将热阻条件视为第三类边界条件。推导了热阻条件下的有限元方程,通过计算含热阻界面两侧单元形函数在单元相交区域的局部积分,实现了区域界面热阻条件的约束。算例表明,该方法不受区域界面数量的限制,能同时适用于对齐网格和非对齐网格,具有良好的通用性。
A general finite element method(FEM)was developed for the calculation of temperature field with thermal resistance,and the equations were deduced in this paper.As the expression of heat flow rate density through the interface with thermal resistance takes the similar form to the expression of convection boundary condition,thermal resistance condition is considered as the 3rd type boundary condition.By calculating local integral of interface element shape functions,the thermal resistance condition constraint can be implemented.The examples show that the method works well for any number of interfaces with aligned mesh or unaligned mesh.
