摘要
太阳能作为一种可再生能源具有无污染、永不枯竭等优点,光伏发电技术近年来发展迅速。本文分析了影响光伏发电系统效率的各种因素,提出了提高光伏电站发电效率的两个主要途径:提高太阳电池板接收的太阳辐照强度和降低电池组件的工作温度。综述了近年来提升系统发电效率的最新研究进展,主要包括太阳跟踪系统、聚光光伏系统以及光伏冷却系统,并对光伏发电技术未来的趋势进行了展望。
As a renewable energy, solar energy has the advantages of no pollution, inexhaustible, photovoltaic technology has developed rapidly in recent years. This study presents analysis of all factors which affect the efficiency of photovoltaic system, proposed two methods to improve the generating efficiency: enhance the intensity of solar radiation on the solar panels and reduce the temperature of the solar cells. The latest progress on research about improvement of generating efficiency were summarized, including sun-tracker system, concentrator photovoltaic system and cooling system. Finally, the prospects of photovoltaic technology were given.
