摘要
智能电表是一种新型的全电子式电能表,如何准确评估其可靠寿命是值得深入研究的问题。针对该问题,文章给出了一种基于回归的智能电表可靠性评估方法。首先,根据智能电表的机理分析确定其关键退化参数及所对应的阈值,然后根据线性回归模型给出各个关键参数伪寿命,接着根据串联模型确定最终的智能电表伪寿命,接着给出智能电表伪寿命分布模型参数,最后结合多应力加速模型给出智能电表正常工作下的可靠寿命,经调研分析可知该计算结果符合智能电表实际使用情况。
Smart Meter is a new electronic power energy meter. The reliability life of smart meter is a great question. A new reliability assessment method is carried out based on regression analysis. Firstly, the key performance parameter and its threshold value should be determined through the smart meter mechanism analysis. Then, the pseudo life was given by means of linear regression model, and then the minimal pseudo life should be given on the basis of chain model. Afterwards, the minimal pseudo life distribution needs to be sure. Finally, the reliability life of smart meter will be figured out through the multiple-stress accelerated model and the result proved that the method is feasible.
