一般来说,一个组织的商务智能(Business Intelligence,简称BI)目标用户应涵盖决策层、管理层、执行层三个层级,其中决策层关心战略目标,管理层关心执行过程,执行层关心具体任务。对电厂领导层,提供战略性指标和监控及指标的分析功能;对于部门经理,提供本部门相关的绩效指标和分解指标的分析功能;对于各业务人员,则由其他更加专业的系统(如分析诊断系统、可靠性分析系统、小指标系统等)提供相应的专业分析功能。共同组成电厂的分析体系,满足了各个层次用户的需求。

In normal conditions, an organization＇s Business Intelligence （Business Intelligence, or BI） target users should cover three levels including executive layer, management layer, and decision layer, of which, decision layer focusing on strategic target, management focusing on the implementation process, executive care focusing on pecifie tasks. To the leadership of the power plant we provide strategic and monitoring and analysis function of indicators; For the department manager, we provide relevant performance indicators and targets for the department of analysis function; For the executive people, from other more specialized system diagnosis system （such as analysis, reliability analysis system, small index system, etc.） to provide the corresponding professional analysis function. All analysis of the power plant system meets the needs of users at all levels.
